Sutton Florist ensures your flowers are fresh when they leave our shop, and we guarantee their premium quality for a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided they receive the recommended aftercare (fresh water and placement away from direct heat). If your flowers fade prematurely within this period, and you’ve followed care instructions, contact us for support. Our team will assess your case and offer a suitable resolution.

Refunds and Replacement Options

If your order does not reach you in the expected fresh condition, or if there is an error with your purchase, we offer the following options:

  • Replacement: We will resend an identical or similar arrangement at no extra cost if your original order was unsatisfactory due to damage or quality issues.
  • Refund: For eligible claims, we can issue a full or partial refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.

Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items, and within the 5-day freshness guarantee for flowers that do not last as promised (providing proper care has been followed).
